Software Update for the Older Chipmaster 6000
Chipmaster 6000
users. Please note that the Chipmaster 6000 does not support the
windowsXP and 2000 . You must upgrade your unit to the Chipmaster 6000XP
, or trade your unit in to the Chipmaster 6000XP, 6100XP, 7100XP.

Chipmaster 6000XP will involve shipping your unit in for a motherboard
/Pin driver replacement.
To Get the Latest

customers. This software is Free for the first year of purchase and

your unit second hand or from enbay you will have to pay $89.00 one time

Algorithm change of PIC 18F2XX/4XX Chips
CM6000XP
S/W 5.20 and LabTool-48 S/W 4.64 has modified the algorithm for PIC 18F242,
18F248, 18F252, 18F258, 18F442, 18F448, 18F452, 18F458. When the new S/W loads
the file into buffer, it will load the main memory and configuration together
into the programmer buffer. Its previous version S/W load the main memory only
and do not load the configuration contents into the S/W. Customer has to edit
manually in the configuration menu one by one manually after load the file,
customer feedback this is inconvenience and easy to make mistake,
Logical have changed the algorithm to improve it. |
